As per the orders of Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, the sale deed distribution ceremony to the allottees who have got allotment in Tamil Nadu Housing Board is taking place in all Divisions / Units of Tamil Nadu Housing Board. According to the instructions of the Honorable Minister, Housing and Urban Development, the Chairman, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, the sale deeds are issued by the Officers of Tamil Nadu Housing Board viz. the Superintending Engineer, Chennai Circle, the Executive Engineer and Administrative Officer / Manager, Marketing & Service of Anna Nagar Division to about 25 allottees in the office of Anna Nagar Division. Similarly, issue of sale deed distribution ceremony is also being held in Tamil Nadu Housing Board in all Divisions / Units. The general public is requested to take advantage of this and get their respective sale deeds as soon as possible in accordance with the rules.
